Jakarta & Karawang

Deskripsi Pekerjaan & Tanggung Jawab:

Mengelola:
Berbagai aspek, termasuk hukum, dalam hubungan industrial,
General Affairs,
Rekrutmen dan pemberhentian karyawan
HR day-to-day operations.
Hal-hal lain yang berhubungan dengan HR & GA di pabrik.


Persyaratan:

Sarjana Hukum, Sarjana Psikologi atau lulusan lainnya yang berkaitan.
Berpengalaman dalam rekrutmen, General Affairs, penilaian, HR Operations, hubungan industrial, khususnya di lingkungan pabrik/manufacturing.
