Leasing Manager, Shopping Malls in Surabaya

A national group of companies with S.E. Asia regional operations, comprising of property development, hospitality (4-5 star hotels), manufacturing, financial services, is currently seeking for:

Leasing Manager - Shopping Malls in Surabaya
based in Jakarta & Surabaya
Reports to the General Manager

 JOB DESCRIPTIONS

·         Responsible for the planning, strategizing and leasing of the mall in Surabaya
·         Manage day-to-day leasing activities
·         Attract new tenants and selection of prospective clients
·         Rental negotiations and the development of leasing packages
·         Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure profitable to the company
·         Prepare reports on the status and performance of leasing activities



REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
·         Minimum S-1 (Bachelor's degree)
·         Software and English literate
·         Willing to frequently travel between Jakarta and Surabaya and other cities when necessary.
