Legal Staff, Semarang Timur, Jawa Tengah 


Job Description:

- Review legal documents obtained based on the instructions of Management

- Provide legal opinion related to the Company's legal matters

- Drafting or reviewing English legal documents and contracts

- Representing the Company in communication with parties outside the Company

- Assisting in Good Corporate Governance implementation


Qualification:

- Graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Law 

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Legal Function

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures

- Excellent ability to analyze data, situation, and information

- Fluent in English, both oral and written

- Excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented, agile, honest and responsible

- Listed Company background is a plus
