ENGINEERING MANAGER for One of the largest Indonesian nonwoven companies

JCI Executive Search International’s client: One of the largest Indonesian nonwoven manufacturing companies, is currently seeking for the following position:
ENGINEERING MANAGER
Based in: Tangerang

Job description/responsibility:
- Assign tasks to engineers
- Gauge progress of various projects
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Propose budgets for various projects
- Create reports to give updates on projects
- Train new employees

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Several years of experience in the engineering position in manufacturing company.
Adequate knowledge in business and management principles (budgeting, planning and resource allocation).
Familiar with industry standard equipment.
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
Have strong leadership in team building, decision making and people management skill.
Software and English literate.
