4. Customer service SOP followed to ensure good working flow with other departments
Authority:
1. Decide the use of the customer WOW factor funds up to monthly limit
2. Decide client benefit programs throughout the year
3. Enforce customer service standards throughout the company
4. Recommending  special offers on pricing subject to approval from finance & GM
