with great financial aptitude and strategic thinking, to join the team, to oversee all Financial operations as well as to be responsible for Fundraising.

 

Requirements:

 

• Strong Financial skills, especially on Business Plan preparation and Fine-Tuning

• Expert in Financial Analysis and Start-up Valuation

• Expert in using tools, used in the Venture Capital industry (databases, etc.)

• Experienced in negotiating Financial Term-sheets

• Wide Investor Network
