An international Business Coaching Company is currently seeking for the following position:

Branding & Digital Marketing Manager

based in Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Translate brand & product strategies into focused digital campaigns strategies & plans

• Lead the creation and execution of the plans, and boost brand recognition within the digital space and maintain digital dashboards.

• Develop content strategy and drive traffic to website and social media accounts through integrated and innovative digital campaign that increase visitor's engagement

• Conduct regular traffic monitoring on the effectiveness of the plan, campaigns, and evaluate new branding and marketing opportunities as well as optimizing web analytics tools

• Create content for projects and events involving the company

• A brand guardian for partnership and opportunity exploration with other digital platforms

• Manage and Collaborate with Graphic Designer, Sales Team and Customer Care to develop a variety of periodical marketing materials

• Report to the management as to progress, challenge, and feedback

Requirements:

• Good academic track record (Bachelor degree or equivalent, any major)

• Minimum 1 year of Digital Marketing experience

• Demonstrate success in managing high-impact projects or leading and organization

• Fluency in English is a must (written & oral)

• Strong ability in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

 • Passionate and Data-driven Professional with ability to Operate and Analyze CRM Data

• Proven track record of Selling High Value Solution and Building Professional Relationship

• Confident in Working Across Stakeholders with Multi-various Backgrounds, with excellent negotiation skill

• Proven track record of experiences in Social Media Management and

Website Management (Ads and Analytics ability is preferred)

• Positive with Strong Ability to Work in a Fast Paced and Dynamic Environment

• Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a passion for building innovative & ROI-positive marketing programs at scale
