A large group of companies that owns several 4-5 star hotels, mining, property developments, etc. across Indonesia and S.E. Asia region, is currently seeking for its holding company:

Human Resources & General Affairs (HR & GA) Group Head

based in Jakarta
Reports to the Group CEO

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:
Managing various functions of HR:
- recruitment & training
- compensation & benefit
- System & procedure
- Organization development
- Industrial relations
- etc.

and General Affairs:
- license & permit
- asset management
- vehicle maintenance
- manage driver, OB, etc
- etc.


Requirements:

·         Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
·         Having HR & GA experiences in holding company of a big conglomerate (group of companies) in Indonesia.
·         Good communication skills
·         Strong leadership
·         Proactive, continuous learning, teamwork
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
