One of the largest International Corporate Financial Advisory & Transaction Services companies, is currently seeking for the following position:

Asset and Machinery Valuation - AM/Manager
Based in: Central Jakarta, Indonesia

The Role:

To assist the valuer to complete or to conduct machinery and equipment appraisals in a wide range of industry sectors.

Attending sites throughout SEA, to deal with customers from the professional services, corporate and principal purchase industries.

Job scope:

-   To complete initial asset inspections and collate supporting information

-   To carry out research and report on your findings

-   To support the business development by preparing proposals, attending customer   presentations, meetings and marketing events

Requirements:

-   A degree in engineering

-   Member of MAPPI

-   Member of RICS, ASA, or the equivalent will be added advantage

-   3- 5 years practical experience in engineering, and/or machinery and equipment valuation.

-    Willing to travel in short notice
