POSITION’S JOB
DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
JOB PURPOSE:
One of
the major role of strategic management is to incorporate various functional
areas of the organization completely, as well as, to ensure these functional
areas (operational, financial, and marketing) harmonize and get together well. This
is a highly responsible develop strategic planning for small until big business concerns for holding
and business unit to. The business units such as :
- - Textile Manufacture
- - Hotels
- - Financial Broker
- - Coal Mining
- - Property Developer
- - Shopping Mall (Middle up to low)
- - Golf Course
- - Other small businesses
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Part 1
–Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
·
Identification
and description of the strategies that managers can carry so as to achieve
better performance and a competitive advantage for their organization
·
Conduct
a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), and should
make best possible utilization of strengths, minimize the organizational weaknesses,
make use of arising opportunities from the business environment and shouldn’t
ignore the threats
·
Assist
business units to discover their potential resources and create plan with their
own potential
·
Assist
business unit to discover area improvement and give solution
·
Maximizes
the ability of all business units to
achieving business objectives
·
Capture
insight from market trend
·
Monitoring
process daily operational holding including HR matters ( recruitment and
organizational development) and legal matters (licence, dealing with legal
entities)
·
Contribute and
supervise develop new systems / software
·
Identify
irregularities and fraud investigation
Part 2 –
Secondary roles which support the primary roles above
Keep a
continuous focus on the goals and objectives of the organization
JOB
COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification& Experience
·
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university with
degree in any major(Master's Degree is an
advantage)
·
Have
a long record (min.5 years) of success
in developing business plans and procedures with a positive outcome
·
Should
be an innovator and know the ins and outs of various financial structures,
outsourcing opportunities, public communications and competitive intelligence
·
Physically
and mentally able to perform the classifications essential functions as
summarized under typical tasks.
