JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International’s client: a group of companies dealing with automotive distribution across Indonesia, is currently seeking for the following position:

Kepala Cabang / Branch Manager (Automotive)
based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Indonesia


Job Title                                  : Kepala Cabang (Automotive) – several positions
Level                                       : Junior Manager
Reporting To                           : National Sales Manager

Job Objective:

Responsibilities:

 Mengkoordinasikan dan mengendalikan pelaksanaan semua program Cabang untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Have an experience for 5 years in doing branch management.
- Strong leadership skills and good team work
- Able to do multitasking and work in a tremendous amount of target and willing to work under pressure
- Excellent experiences in full spectrum of branch management
- Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
- A goal oriented, full of initiative individual, able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Below 35 years of age
